Syrian artist Maysa Mohammed graduated in 1984 from the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Damascus, Syria.

A multi-faceted, vibrant personality, who has several television productions to her credit and started exhibiting her art only recently. Maysa heralded the television world both as a director and as an actor. The stage finds its place in her canvas to narrate the stories of the common man. She brings with her the ethos of human endeavour and the constant search which is not hers alone. Her style reflects the expressional ‘ism’ of a silent Sufi nature.
